How to Claim Any Bonus
Step by step
Claiming a bonus takes under two minutes once your account is funded. Follow these steps for the welcome offer or any ongoing promotion.
- Register and verify your North Casino account.

- Enter the promo code NORTH for the welcome bonus.
- Open the bonus from your account balance and start playing.
- Track remaining wagering in your account dashboard.
Wagering Works Like This
A worked example
Wagering means you must bet the bonus amount a set number of times before winnings become withdrawable cash. Our welcome bonus carries a 60x wagering requirement on the bonus amount only, not on your deposit. Take a 100 AUD deposit: with the 100% match you receive a 100 AUD bonus, and 60 x 100 AUD gives 6,000 AUD in total bets before the bonus converts to real money. Your own deposited funds stay withdrawable at any point; only the bonus balance is locked until the requirement is cleared. You have 30 days to get there.
Read the Key Restrictions
What counts and what voids
Every bonus comes with restrictions, and we would rather you know them before you play than find out at the cashier. The rules below apply to our offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- Bonus validity is 30 days; uncleared balances are removed after expiry.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type; check each offer's terms for the exact percentages.
- Betting above the maximum allowed stake while a bonus is active can void the bonus and its winnings.
- Some games are excluded from bonus wagering entirely; the excluded list is in each promotion's terms.
- One bonus at a time: an active bonus must be completed or forfeited before claiming the next.
- Minimum deposit to qualify for any bonus is 30 AUD.
Do You Need a Promo Code
Current codes
Yes, for the welcome offer. Enter NORTH when making your first deposit of 30 AUD or more to activate the 100% match up to 750 AUD and the 200 free spins. The reload, cashback, weekend drops and tournaments are credited automatically, so no code is needed for those. If a code ever fails at the cashier, contact our 24/7 live chat or email [email protected] before you start playing and we will sort it out.
